Small staple-bound notebook. 18 leaves. Textured, black laminate cover. First leaf serves as title page. Writing in pen on recto of first leaf, adhesive sticker on verso with writing in red wax crayon. Following leaves numbered on recto and verso 1-8, 11-35. Leaves numbered 1-2 and 11-12 loose from binding. Final leaf unnumbered and bottom half missing. Writing in black ink, blue ink and pencil on recto and verso of leaves 1-17. Writing on verso of leaf 18.

Unattributed French language song book manuscript. Recto of first leaf contains phrase, "Cahier De Chant." Verso of first leaf contains adhesive sticker with image of Christ child in manger with the phrase "JESUS dANS LA CRECHE" written below in red wax crayon.
