Miscellaneous Notes
The Kasuba family lived at Garry Perfundi's quarry site. Every member of the family worked the quarry in some way: the day this picture was arranged, the smallest Kasuba was carrying a slate at a time between a brother at the trimming machine and mother punching the slates. After Garry's death, the Kasuba boys have all worked around the Slate Valley quarries.
