Penelope Nelson owns and runs a shop in Pawlet. It is in a renovated barn on route 30 just outside of the village going toward Manchester. It has been there for less than five years. I believe that much of the clothing sold is made there at the shop and the fabrics are unusual. The Penelope Nelson Collection is the name of the store. She does not live in Pawlet and I don't think any of the people working in the shop live in Pawlet.
