REFER - second portrait of the couple with their Mayflower truck in front of the Town Hall, portrait of John Mach, who is Johnny's father. Johnny and his sister Jennifer (spl.?), who no longer lives in Pawlet, were adopted by John and Audrey Mach. John and Audrey were divorced some time later and Audrey was killed in a car accident at Butternut Bend, North Pawlet, on her way home from visiting Johnny when he was a student at U.V.M.
