Chriss runs the Mars family farm; Kathy works on the farm and at the Station Restaurant; Chriss, Jr. has been in the Marines; Tracy has graduated from high school; and Jennifer is a teenager, working on the farm and riding horses in competition.
PHOTOGRAPH - Said at time of photograph that this was surely the only time the whole family would be sitting on this couch.
November l0, l987 - Since this memo field was begun, this family has split up. Kathy is living in Manchester, Vt. and works at the Grand Union. Chriss is living in their family house in Pawlet with Jennifer and is driving truck for John Clark. Tracy is in the service.
