INTERVIEW EXCERPT

Ruby:

"The home life has always been important to me - the farm - it has always been a productive farm. And the friendliness of the mountains. Of course you've never been up on this hill in back but that is a marvelous view. You get a view of the whole valley you know. It's wonderful. I haven't been up there for a year because it's a little hard for me to climb the hill now, but it's marvelous, it's wonderful. I've always been glad I could see the mountain that I saw down home before I came up here, you know, that I looked at down there. I felt at home when I could still see that mountain. Mount Aeolus, or Green Peak we always called it, because the very top of it had evergreen trees. We always called it Green Peak, but the real name was Mount Aeolus. That's in Dorset."
