Tom Morey is the boy in the Floyd Troumbley Series. Now more grown up, he called to have his Visual Census Portrait made with this deer he had just shot, hanging in Griswold Brothers Farm barn.
Tom works for GE in Rutland as of 1986.

INTERVIEW EXCERPT
Tom:
"After a while he figured that I wouldn't want to be coming along on the hunts if I didn't do some of the shooting. The night I shot the first one out with the revolver, he told me to go up and stay close to the tree, and take my time on gettin' up there and not be in a hurry. And then when I told him that I'd found the coon he said, 'Take your time and get a little closer to it - see how close you can get before you shoot.' He helped me out and talked me along. And then, after that, I had a good idea of what to do."
